What you need to apply online to the Tenancy Tribunal for a Unit Titles Act dispute
To apply online you need to have:
- a RealMe® login
- a working email address
- a valid Visa or MasterCard or a a bank account with ANZ, ASB, BNZ, KiwiBank, TSB, or Westpac
- electronic copies of all relevant supporting documents
