As at 9 May 2023, legislation change has fees for an Unit Titles application dependent on whether the application is referred to mediation or adjudication.
The payable mediation fee is $250 and if the dispute is then referred for adjudication, a further fee of $250 is payable.
Applications assessed directly to tribunal for adjudication have a fee payable of $500.
The fee for an application will not exceed $500.

What you need to apply online to the Tenancy Tribunal for a Unit Titles Act dispute
To apply online you need to have:
- a RealMe® login
- a working email address
- a valid Visa or MasterCard or a a bank account with ANZ, ASB, BNZ, KiwiBank, TSB, or Westpac
- electronic copies of all relevant supporting documents
